Each presentation is allotted 15 minutes including discussion.
For visual presentation, a PC projector (LCD projector with an RGB connector) will be provided. Laptop computers (Windows XP and Macintosh OS X) are also available.
We encourage you to use your own laptop, especially for the use of animation or PowerPoint 2007.
If using your own laptop;
- contact the reception desk or operator at least 3 hours prior to your presentation.
- preview your file on the screen of the session room.
- please bring a back-up of your presentation material.
- do not forget to bring your power code, plug and, computer cable (HD 15PIN).
If using the laptop offered by the Secretariat;
- save your file in “PowerPoint XP" or earlier version, not a higher version.
- embed graphs or figures into the documents as indepent objects.
- acceptable media storages are :USB corresponding Flash memory or CD-ROM.
- take your file to the reception desk or operator at least 3 hours prior to your presentation.
- preview your file on the screen of the session room.
*We make sure of deleting all electronic files from our official computer after the presentations are completed.
